How do I change the monthly cost ?

Your monthly cost will be made up of a number of factors.

  • Phone system rental (per channel).
  • Any optional free call bundles.
  • Any inbound phone numbers (DID's)
  • Call/SMS charges which you make that aren't in a bundle.

The most effective way of reducing costs is adding a call bundle or changing capacity. To do this;

  • Login to your account.
  • On the menu select Account > Supplements > Line Capacity/Rental
  • You can now adjust the cost using the slider and/or radio buttons (remember changing capacity will change how many calls you can handle at the same time).
  • The new cost will be presented on screen.
