Whisper on Extensions
The Whisper feature is useful to give a 'hint' to staff receiving the call. For example staff answering a 'sales line' will hear “sales line” when the call is picked up (the caller hears nothing).
This feature is set using the Ring Extension block parameters (ie. clicking on the block Ring Extension while in the call map).
