Call Analytics

LazyPBX provides Call Analytics which are both simple and powerful. With Call Analytics you can compare call volumes anywhere in your PBX over different time periods.

With Call Analytics it's easy to

  • Graph call volume for individual numbers
  • See which menu options your callers are choosing
  • Compare staff answer performance
  • View the levels of unanswered calls
  • Measure call queue overflows
  • Compare current and past performance of calls anywhere in your PBX.

Using Call Analytics

Every phone number you have will automatically be tracking calls without any special configuration.

Access the charts through the menu Services>Call Analytics when logged in.

Additionally you can simply drop a Graph block anywhere in your call map, give it a label name and it will start counting.
