New feature – Backup payment card

To prevent your account being restricted in the event of unexpected failed card transactions we’ve added a new option for a ‘backup card’.

The backup card can be added from your account and selecting menu ‘Account>Billing’, then adding your card under “Secondary Payment Method”.

Be aware that sometimes card providers block payments for unexpected reasons like fraud prevention, it’s not necessarily due to a bad balance or lost/stolen card.  If this happens and payments fail, it may cause call restrictions. We recommend you add a secondary card to prevent any surprises !

The secondary card is only used in cases where the payment on your primary card fails.
