You can then import this data directly into Excel or other spreadsheet programs. To export data. 1. Go to menu item Service > Call Analytics 2. Select area on the graph you wish to export using the slider. 3. Click “Download as a CSV” on the bottom right of the graph. Format of data. File data will be in the following format.
